Restless in Carolina Book Review
Restless in Carolina by Tamara Leigh takes us to a small town where a woman is fighting to save her family's estate from being sold and becoming a subdivision or industrial park. This tree hugging, earth loving nursery owner named Bridget is trying to help her uncle sell their beloved Pickwick Estate to a buyer who will keep the land as it is or develop it into a nature preserve. Bridget's journey takes her to the big city where she meets J.C. Dirk whose green developments caught her eye. She is convinced that he and his investors will buy Pickwick and after a visit to the estate where she gives him a tour she isn't so sure. Meanwhile her father introduces her to the son of an old friend who is also interested in the estate and perhaps in Bridget herself. Being a widow for four years has kept Bridget out of the dating circuit but she soon finds herself with two potential suitors and two potential buyers. Read the book to find out who wins her heart and who saves Pickwick!
